Terms and conditions

1. Definitions

'Our', 'we' and 'us' means BizPlanAssist.com, Business Growth Technologies Ltd, and, where applicable, its officers, employees and authorised agents;
'Our site' means our website or websites;
'Applicant', 'you' and 'your' include any person or persons (individual, partners, business entity or other types of organisation) seeking capital or professional business support service;
'Services' means any business support service that is intended to be of assistance to the Applicant to launch or promote the growth of the Applicant's business;
'Terms and conditions' includes these terms and conditions of business, our Privacy Policy and all other instructions to you posted on our site.
"Capital" means grants, loans, equity capital, guarantees, and any other investment in the nature of risk capital.

2. Your Obligations

We accept orders on the basis that you, the person placing the order, are liable to pay us for the services we provide to you.
We only provide services on the understanding that you have given us full and proper instructions and the authority to lawfully carry out those instructions. You warrant that you are acting on your own authority or have the authority of your client to instruct us.
You undertake to ensure the accuracy, truthfulness, and completeness of the information you provide us and accept all liability for the consequences of inaccuracies or incompleteness. You warrant to immediately inform us of any changes in the accuracy of the information you have supplied.
You undertake to make business plans available to us and our partners without the need to sign a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement.
Success Fee: we charge a small percentage (up to 2.5%) of the amount of money we raise for your business. This success fee becomes due and payable immediately on the completion date - the date on which the applicant signs a contract for the provision of capital. An invoice will be raised by BizPlanAssist and any unpaid amounts will attract interest at 2% per month. You undertake to keep us fully informed of any completed Capital investments, and likely investments.
You agree to indemnify us against all claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses, proceedings, damages, or liability as a result of any breach or non-performance of any of your warranties, undertakings or obligations contained in these conditions or implied by law.

3. Our obligations

We undertake to introduce you to potential sources of funding and relevant business support service providers.

4. Exclusions

At our discretion, we reserve the right to refuse to accept any business proposal.
BusinessPlanAssist is not FSA registered and as such, is not authorised to provide investment services or advice under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000. BusinessPlanAssist will not accept liability, for any loss or damage arising from the acceptance by the Applicant of any investment to which the Applicant is referred by BusinessPlanAssist or its partners.
While we reserve final editing rights on all materials presented to third parties, we accept no responsibility for the accuracy or reliability of any documentation passed on to any third party by, or on behalf of, an Applicant. The onus is on the third party to make its own independent verification of such matters.

5. Disclaimer

BizPlanAssist has been diligent in ensuring the accuracy of the information on this website. However, we will not bear any liability for any loss or liability you may incur as a result of using information on this website, or your failure to provide correct contact details.
